1-2 hr talk: Creating the Healthiest Diet
There are two powerful ways to determine the healthiest diet: Epidemiology and clinical research. The first shows us that we can score diets numerically to see how well they improve our health (i.e. how long they help us to live). Clinical research helps us to understand the processes in the body that leads to nutrition improving or reducing our health. Combining these techniques allows us to create the best diet for optimal health, including a meal planner and a grocery list.
