resistance/metabolic syndrome, avoiding nutrition pitfalls, nutrition-related insomnia, electrolyte-induced
dehydration, etc.
4. Supplements and Tools
Bring food containers or supplements you would like to discuss. We will go through them together to find out
what you are doing that research has shown to be useful, what is less likely to actually be helpful and

may be potentially harmful.
